Tuesday journal

today's exercise: 3 20 min fast walks/runs, 2 15 min walks

good eating today- eating more veggies (yay rainbow chard! and romaine lettuce!) and snacking less.

tomorrow's goal: 2-3 mile run, stairstepper for 40 min, or J.M workout. we'll see if the weather cooperates.
