catch up

had a great run yesterday- the weather was 35, sunny, and not windy at all. Perfect! was gone 30 minutes so close to 3 miles.

Monday- lots of 10-15 min walks, probably an hour altogether.

Sunday- JM 30 day shred, level 2

Today's goal: stairstepper or JM video.

Week's goal: logging daily exercise here and not snacking after dinner....
